About the chocolate factory

Goethe chocolate factory was founded by Karin Finger, who left her job in the corporate world to pursue her dream of opening a chocolate factory. Due to Karin Finger`s usual business trips abroad the Goethe chocolate factory uses today the ingredients from around the world including coffee from Jamaica, saffron from Spain, pepper from Egypt or hazelnuts from Italy.


 

About us 

We are a chocolate factory working with finest chocolate (60%-70% cacao content),freshest ingredients and the latest flavour combinations. We take chocolate very seriously, all chocolates, truffles, pralines and bars are handmade. Our pastry chef Anke Hühn lives the chocolate lifestyle. It means working with best ingredients, creating new chocolates everytime and having fun. The results are unique, creamy and delicious chocolates,pralines and truffles full of charm and luxury.


Vitamin-packed and sun-kissed jams or chutneys

Besides we are specialized in cooking high quality jams and chutneys. At the moment we have about 80 different types of jams and 40 different ones of chutneys. All jams and chutneys are freshly cooked with at least 70 % fruit. Fruits are always fresh, vitamin-packed and in the best of taste. Flavours vary from a regular strawberry jam to a modern,spiced up strawberry jam with lemongrass or pepper. Famous as producer of high quality jams and chutneys we are proud to supply numerous Five-stars hotels including the Kempinski hotels, Intercontinental hotels and well-known gourmet dealers like Käfer in Munich or BosFood.
