Accomodations

The accommodations are situated on the 3rd floor of our charming villa. All rooms are totally new and arranged in different design and style. Each room has its own TV. The modern living room and kitchen enables you to mingle with other students.

Electrical devices like hairdryer,coffee machine, toaster, oven, rice cooker, microwave and washing machine are available to you.

Up to four students can stay on the 3rd  floor in one of the new, smart rooms. You will share a kitchen and bathrooms. Living in one of these comfortable rooms in the chocolate factory means experience the “sweet life”. The chocolate cuisine is just on the 2nd floor.

Rooms

Comfort Rooms:

Relax in a comfort room, which is new and designed in a modern (16m²)style. These rooms feature a queen size bed, a storage closet, a shelf, linens and TV.

Price: 530 € per month

Deluxe Rooms:
Our deluxe rooms are styled and rich decored. The deluxe rooms (22m²) feature a queen size bed, a storage closet, a shelf, linens and TV.

Price: 550€ per month

We also offer you alternatives to live in a hotel or a holiday appartment.
You will live on your own in a completey equipped and furnished room or appartement with bathroom, TV, telephone and kitchen.( facility for cooking is just in appartments) Hotels and appartments are 5 to 10 mintues within walking distance. Prices are on application depending on wished features.

Prices are between 600€ and 730€ per month.
